1. Introduction
Thank you for using Avennzo.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Avennzo website/app and services. By accessing or placing an order on our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
Avennzo is an online grocery delivery service providing fresh fruits, vegetables, and daily essentials in selected locations.
3. Service Availability
- Services are available only in selected delivery areas.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject orders based on location, stock availability, or operational reasons.
4. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- All goods will be delivered after 24 hours from order confirmation.
- Delivery time may change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen situations.
- Customers must be available at the delivery address during delivery time.
5. Pricing & Products
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices may vary depending on market conditions.
- Product images are for reference only.
- Fresh produce may have natural variations in size, weight, or appearance.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after placing the order.
- Cancellation requests after 6 hours may not be accepted.
- Once the order is processed or packed, cancellation may not be possible.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Not misuse the platform or abuse staff or delivery personnel.
Avennzo reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
8. Accounts & Communication
- Registration may be required using a mobile number or email.
- By registering, you agree to receive order-related calls, messages, or notifications.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services such as payments or logistics may be handled by third parties. Avennzo is not responsible for issues beyond its control arising from such services.
10. Disclaimer
- Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
- Avennzo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Delays caused by external factors are not the responsibility of Avennzo.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avennzo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
12. Changes to Terms
Avennzo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to local court jurisdiction.
